In this sense and in compliance with Law 81 of 2019, Decree 285 of 2021 and other related regulations, below we notify you about the information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it and your ARCO rights in terms of privacy.

Data collection
Siuma Colliers collects personal information in relation to the products and services we offer and to carry out the adequate and efficient provision of our services as a broker, advisor and business manager. This may include information collected directly from website visits, as well as from completed forms to request or provide information; and data collected by automated means, such as cookies (the settings of which you can adjust in your browser).

Data processing
Siuma Colliers processes your data when it is necessary to provide services or execute transactions. We may also use them to improve our websites and, with your permission, to inform you of available products or services. Finally, we may also process your information in connection with a job application or inquiry.

Data Sharing with Third Parties
Siuma Colliers may share your personal information with trusted business partners for limited processing purposes. We may also disclose personal data if required to do so by law or if necessary to respond to court orders, to protect and defend our rights or property, or in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of any individual.

Your ARCO Rights in Privacy Matters
To the extent provided by Law 81 of 2019 and other related regulations, you may have rights such as (1) access to certain personal information that we maintain about you; (2) request that we update, correct, amend, delete, or restrict your personal information; or (3) exercise your right to data portability; or to register a complaint with the corresponding Authority (ANTAI for the Republic of Panama).

You may also have the right to withdraw any consent you have previously provided to us or to object at any time to the processing of your personal information.
Please note that at Siuma Colliers we may change our privacy practices to comply with current regulations. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Notice.
