This program is designed to advice executives how to handle possible rent increases, negotiate better terms or any other benefit needed by the executive at the time of a lease renewal.  This will allow the assignee to remain in his home under better terms or decide if looking for a new property might be a better choice for him. 

This is done through the following process:

• Meet assignee to discuss current property status and contractual terms
• Advise on possible new lease conditions
• Establish conditions to be negotiated
• Contact landlord to start negotiation
• Draft lease addendum
• Follow up on addendum signature
• Notarize addendum
