She has also worked in multinational companies and local enterprises, obtaining experience with ONG relationships, mass media and government departments.  These experiences have provided her an important vision in the compliance of business policies and the mobility processes management. 

She is responsible for supervising the development, implementation and execution of corporate domestic and regional relocation policies. Lissa plays a fundamental part in Siuma Mobility’s innovation processes which contributes to the company’s continuous growth and service improvement, increasing our clients’ satisfaction rate.

Mrs. Rodríguez has been responsible for coordinating relocation processes, working hand in hand with the executive. Lissa is an expert in understanding the corporate culture and managing multicultural environments in order to achieve the best client support standards, where excellence and a detailed oriented mind is required.
